Computers Donated
A number of computers were kindly donated to us by Applications Solutions Ltd of Lewes in Sussex. These have arrived in Dorohoi and these photos are of the first donated to Scoala Nr 4.

This is probably the poorest school in Dorohoi - poor in the sense that the children come from very poor backgrounds and therefore the school is very short of materials (generally the children have to provide their own books, pens, etc) and contribute to "class" money for painting, maintenance and cleaning.

We have donated 4 computers to this school (6 have been donated by Asociatia Neemia in the past) which now means they have sufficient to start teaching IT as part of their curriculum.This is an optional subject for all schools in Romania, and the very poor schools tend to loose out.
We have another 8 computers to donate to schools - 4 will go to Scoala Nr 1 which is 200 metres from the centre and is the 2nd poorest school in Dorohoi. The other 4 will go to Scoala Nr 5 (which is where we go to help with the English class).
